The Toronto Sushi Festival is Coming


Do you love sushi? If you're one of the many Torontonians who does, the city has the fesitval for you! Coming soon, you'll be able to indulge your love of rolls, sashimi and more, all while escaping the bitter cold. Read on for details.


When and Where 

The festival is going to be held at the Japanese Canadian Centre, 6 Garamond Court, from March 5th to 6th. Canada's largest annual sushi festival, it will be open from 5 to 9pm each day. 



Tickets cost $30.00 and can be purchased online (click here). The cost includes 5 sample tickets, worth $1.50 each, and samples range from 1 to 3 pieces. The official currency of the festival, sample tickets can also be purchased separately in sheets of 10. VIP tickets cost $100.00 and include access to a VIP lounge, full wait service, 20 sample tickets, a specialty gift basket, a sushi kit and more. 



The Toronto Sushi Festival has gained a huge following in the city and this year is going to be better than ever. Local and celebrity chefs will be hosting presentations throughout the 2 day event and there will also be a wide range of tastings, demonstrations and educational seminars at the Demonstrations Stage. Vendors will be selling fantastic gifts and accessories and the live entertainment is sure to please. A range of Ontario beers will be sold, and you can't forget hundreds of types of sushi crafted by the city's best restaurants.
