Halloween is almost here, Toronto! As the days get shorter and the leaves become more colourful, this much-loved autumn holiday is taking the city by storm. If you're looking for family-friendly events to enjoy before your big night out, read on.


3rd Annual Spooktacular Dog Walk


Where? Liberty Village Park, 70 East Liberty Street


When? Friday, October 30th


What time? 630 to 8pm


What? An event hosted by The Village Dog Pack, the Spooktacular Dog Walk is a chance to get dressed up and get out there with your four-legged friend! The walk will begin at 7pm sharp through the park and there will be treats, prizes for the best costumes and more. Annual Halloween Party at Purina PawsWay


Where? Purina PawsWay, 245 Queens Quay West

What time? 130 to 5pm


What? Celebrate Halloween with your furry friend at Purina PawsWay! Stop by during the afternoon for games, arts and crafts, prizes, a themed photo booth and more. Halloween at the Museum of Inuit Art

What? An spooky but educational Halloween afternoon is in the cards at Toronto's Museum of Inuit Art. At a cost of $5 for adults and $3 for students and seniors (children 12 and under are free!), guests will receive $1 off of admission with a non-perishable donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank. The museum will be open to viewing and there will also be a Trick-or-Treat Trail, creepy 'feel boxes' and more. Visit their website to learn more.

What? Halloween afternoon, take a stroll down Toronto's beautiful Queen Street to The Beach Village! Here families can enjoy exciting events for attendees of all ages, including face painting, pumpkin carving, costume contests, bounce castles, a fortune teller, crafts and more.
